Open Roster is a bulletin board for club and travel fastpitch. It is not the NCAA Transfer Portal, and it does not decide high-school eligibility.
Post that a player is looking: age group, positions, state, and a short note. Coaches can find the listing and send a message. We show first name + last initial only.
Post the hole on the roster. Families filter to your state and age group. You are not required to take anyone who contacts you.
Use Guest play when it is only a weekend: a player available to fill in, or a club that needs a guest for one tournament. That is separate from a full-time roster move.
